Copy telegram from R.A. Yangtse No. 732 (0428/15) of 15th December. Japanese state that owing to military operations they would like to postpone sailing of H.M.S. "Peterel" from Hankow until 26th December. R.A. Yangtse has agreed. He proposes to withdraw H.M.S. "Tern" and H.M.S. "Gnat" about 20th December.
