Company (1928) Limited was in gold units, the share- holders (who comprise members of the Shanghai Licensed Pilots' Association only) experienced considerable difficulty in conducting their financial affairs. remove this difficulty, they have wound up the Shanghai Pilot Boat Company (1928) Limited and have transferred the whole of its assets to the Shanghai Pilot Boat Company (1958) Limited which they have recently floated. The authorised capital of the new company is £120,000, which is divided into forty shares of £3,000 each.
