addressed to the Colonial Office, a copy of which has been

sent to the Foreign Office, concerning the suspected

operation of a wireless transmitter by a Chinese warship in

Hong Kong harbour, and to transmit to you, to be laid before

Viscount Halifax, a copy of Colonial Office letter of the

8th of May referred to therein.
