F.152-C.R./38 of November 3rd about the Mir-Munshi,
which we had previously received under cover of
External Affairs Department's letter No. 64-Ch. of
December 14th; your despatch No. 883 (F 12768/44/10)
of December 14th, copying one of our own telegrams and
a letter from Gangtok (No.13(1)-P/38) about Tibetan
internal affairs which we had already had from New
Delhi in their letter No. 60-Ch. of November 19th;
your despatch No.23 (F 13901/44/10) of January 4th,
copying another letter from Gangtok on the same
