process of being wound up under instructions of
the Chinese Government.
The matters mentioned in the
penultimate paragraph of your letter will no
doubt be put to the Supreme Court of Hongkong by
the Japanese parties interested during the
proceedings of the Court which were due to begin
on May 17th, and the Court will no doubt take
these matters into careful consideration.
