and so render ineffective any Order with regard to them which
has been or may be made by any such Courts regarding the
possession and disposal of the said vessels or other properties
of the Ching Kee Steam Ravigation Co., Ltd.
9. I am aware that a large number of shares in the said Ching
Keo Steam Navigation Co., Ltd. are held by thing Kee (
)
a Chinese alias of the China Merchants Steam Navigation Co.,
Ltd.
I therefore crave from This Honourable Court an Order
to stop the clearance of the said vessels until the appointment
of an authorised representative or Receiver of the Ching nee
Steam Navigation Co. Ltd. for this Colony or until further
Order of this Honourable Court.
