Below barrier. Silk cocoon operations completed for
the present. In Haimen area one British ship continues to
run if Japanese operations allow. These operations mainly
consist of bombarding coast as third power ship arrives.
Very little trade elsewhere.
Situation on rest of river, no change and quiet.
Troop movements have practically ceased.
