Wang's chief agent in Hong Kong was murdered here by

Chinese gurmen. In the course of their investigations of

this crime the police on September 2nd raided the house of

one Ko Ting Tez (4) on information supplied by

the Japanese Bonsulate-General.

This man is also a director of the South West

Printing and Publishing Co. and a subordinate of General

Wu under whose instructions he was organizing a body known

as the Three People's Principles Youth Corps which was

alleged by the Japanese to be a terrorist society.

No evidence could be found directly connecting

him with the murder but among the documents discovered were

papers describing a six months plan to come into force in

June 1939 setting out an elaborate scheme of Kuomintang

activities in Hong Kong and Macao. The proposals include

(a) Establishment and extension of Kuomintang

branches.

(b) Training of propaganda workers.

(c) Formation of societies with harmless-sounding

names as a cover for propaganda. Societies mentioned in this connection are:-

The overseas Chinese Economic Society. The Overseas Chinese Educational Research

Society.

The International Problems Research Society.

(d) Propaganda in Farty-owned and neutral press, and

by means of lectures.

(e) Collection of funds for war purposes.

(f) Recruitment of doctors and nurses for service in

China.

(g) Payment for the education of 300 young persons

to be trained as propaganda workers.

(h) Conduct of anti-communist propaganda.

(1) Relief of refugees.

In addition to these comparatively harmless

objects funds were to be set aside for the following

purposes:
