Japanese action with regard to Hong Kong: cutting off of food supplies.

In reply to a question by Captain Alan Graham Mr. M. MacDonald said that the food situation in Hong Kong was being watched by the Colonial Government and so far it had not been necessary to take special steps to secure supplies.
