Investigations have confirmed the fact that
Mr. Oakie (or Oki) occupies a postion in the
Ineiitute of Pacific Relations, a fact which seems,
to say the least, anomalous if Hr. Vespa's inter-
pretation of his attitude is accepted.
Mr. Vespa has been put in touch with the
United States Military Intelligence authorities
who may, it is thought, find his story of interest.
