Notes Concerning Chinese Cotton Mills

As is well known, all the Chinese Cotton Mills have been "entrusted to Japanese. "This applies to all Chinese Mills, except those situated in the International Settlement of Shanghai, South

of the Soochow Creek.

Many of these Chinese Mills were badly damaged, but repairs have been effected by the Japanese, and some of them are now being operated, including: -
