Appointment of Mr. Boku as Manchurian Consul-General in Warsaw,

Transmits copy of letter of 6th June from Consu-General Butler, San Francisco stating that Mr. Boku recently passed through San Francisco on his way to Warsaw where he is to take up the appointment of Manchurian Consul-General. Mr. Boku expressed violently anti-Japanese views which is not surprising in a Korean but shows how little the apanese know their Manchurian subjects.
