Japanese military operations on Hong Kong frontier.

Copy telegram from Captain on Staff H.M.S. "Tamar" |(1814/25) of 25th August giving situation report for 22nd August. Japanese troops are along whole frontier. Japanese propaganda among refugees tends to discourage them entering British territory. His Majesty's Consul Tamsui reported be full of transports on 19th August.
