In view of completely false statement published by the Chinese Government I would suggest that, if he has no objectior, the Governor of Hong Kong might take the opportunity of the presence in Hong Kong in a day or two of the Indian Ambassador Panikkar on his return journey to Peking, to tell him the actual facts in some detail.
