Mr Milton

As agreed between us yesterday, herewith some notes for the Secretary of State on the points which, from your conversation with Mr Bottomley, he seems likely to raise on Hong Kong in the debate tomorrow.

I have sent copies of this minute and the attached note to Mr Fairclough (for Lord Lansdowne,) Mr Pearce (for Ir Fisher,) Sir Hilton Poynton, Sir John Martin and Mr MacLchose at the Foreign Office.

RECEIVED PRIVATE OFFICE.
