The Colonial Defence Committee recommend that a copy of these remarks should be forwarded to the General Officer Commanding, who should be requested to consider them in the annual revision of the Scheme of Defence to be carried out by the 30th September, 1892.
When the matters above referred to have been dealt with, the Committee consider that the Scheme of Defence of Gibraltar may be regarded as entirely satisfactory.
