WEEKLY RESUME

Note by the Joint Planning Sub-Committee submitting a draft Report for the Chiefs

of Staff.

At their meeting on 11th March the Chiefs of Staff approved the proposals, set out in Paper No. c.o.s. (40) 255, that the War Cabinet should be invited to reconsider their decision that the Resume should be produced monthly instead of weekly, and instructed the Joint Planning Sub-Committee to report in full why the proposal was now made to revert to a Weekly Resume, and give the reasons why the production of a monthly Resume would involve more work for the service Staffs.

accordance with the above terms of reference.
