(e) Consideration should be given to possibility
of using Alexandropoulis by arrangements with Greeks and railway thence to Ed-ne. This might enable French support to be increased to 3 divisions. They are only prepared to put 2 divisions into Thrace otherwise.
All discussions have been in spirit of complete co-operation and there have been practically no differences of opinion.
