Summary.

To meet the programme outlined in paragraph 3 above, it is proposed that:-

(i) 48 heavy anti-aircraft equipments should be despatched to India from the Middle East pool of anti-aircraft guns held for Turkey;

(ii) 72 light anti-aircraft guns to be withdrawn from

A.D.G.B. and the December allocation of 24 light anti-

A aircraft guns to Home Forces be cancelled. temporary withdrawal of a further 28 light anti-aircraft guns from A.D.G.B. should this be necessary to meet shipping dates.

(iii) Personnel of two heavy anti-aircraft regiments and

three light anti-aircraft regiments should be included in the convoy W.S.15.
