ANTI-AIRCRAFT REINFORCEMENTS FOR FAR EAST, INDIA AND BURMA.
Memorandum by the Vice Chief of the Imperial
General Staff.
The Vice Chiefs of Staff at their 413th Meeting on 8th December, put forward certain proposals for immediate reinforcements for Far East, India and Burma of anti-aircraft artillery.

The Chiefs of Staff at their 414th Meeting on 9th December agreed these prooosals, subject to certain comments and the suggestion that the additional consignment in Convoy W.S.15. should be increased by at least 24 heavy anti-aircraft and 36 light anti-aircraft guns with or without personnel.
3.
Taking into account the December allocations and the above decisions, the situation with regard to the despatch of anti-aircraft personnel and equipments in W.S.15 may be summarised as follows:
