Consideration of the Report by the Joint Planning Staff was deferred at the request of the First Sea Lord, pending a revision of Annex II.

This has now been done, and the two draft telegrams which were annexed to J.P.(41) 1019, incorporating the First Sea Lord's amendments to Annex II, are circulated for consideration at the meeting of the Chiefs of Staff on Monday, 8th December.
