15. Anklet.
The first instalment of 4 heavy anti-aircraft and 4 light anti-aircraft guns for this operation have boon released from November production, vile paragraph. 1 above. The balance required for use by Marine Naval Base Defenco Organisation units is 12 heavy anti-aircraft and 8 light anti-aircraft guns. The 12 mobile heavy anti-aircraft guns will have to be found from Air Defence of Great Britain
(see paragraph 2), and Marine Naval Base Defence Organisation
units.are being deployed on equipments accordingly, An
allocation to meet the 8 light anti-aircraft guns has been
included in Appendix 'B'.
16. Customers.
(1) Turkey
Last month's allocation of 12 heavy
anti-aircraft guns brought Turkey's allocation up to date. It was not, however, possible to meet this. With the normal December allotment Turkey is now duo 18 mobile equipments. In view of the shortage of ncbilo guns, it is recommended that 12 be provided and that the 6 due for December be carried forward to Jamary','
(ii) Portugal.
Half
The release of 24 heary anti-aircraft and 36 light anti-aircraft guns referred to at the 221st Meeting of the Chiefs of Staff has now been agrood, these were allocated from November production and the balance 12 heavy anti-aircraft and 18 light anti-aircraft guns have been included in this month's allocation,
(iii) Eire. At the 36th (0) Meeting of the Chiefs of Staff, it was agreed that 4 heavy anti-aircraft guns for a period of 3 months should be released for Eiro. The first of these releases is included in this allocation,

Admiralty.
At the 157th Meeting of the Chiofs of Staff on 2nd May, 1941, a proposal to instal certain towers in tho Thames Estuary was approved. The soc nd tower should be To meet this ready to receive equipment during December, an allocation of 2 heavy anti-aircraft and 2 light anti- aircraft guns has been made.
18. Dominions.
(i) Canadians.
It is recommended that the 2 heavy anti-aircraft guns referred to in paragraph 2 above and already approved at the 380th Meeting of the Chiefs of Staff
In addition, should now be released from Decombor production, it is suggested that a further 18 light anti-aircraft guns should be provided towards bringing up the two divisional light anti-aircraft regiments to full at the Up to date the Canadians have 46 light anti-aircraft guns only for the 18 light anti-aircraft batteries in this country:
(ii) Australia. There is still an outstanding balance of 57 light anti-aircraft guns due to Australia referred to in C.0.S.(41) 402. Towards this it is recommended that a further 8 guns be allotted.
