7. Communications with other Government Departments
(including the P.I.D.) and French Welfare.
On questions of principle all other Government Departments (including the P.I.D.) and French Welfare will deal with the Free French Movement through the Spears Mission. On matters of routine they may deal either direct with the appropriate service or officer of Free French Headquarters, where such exists, or else through the Spears Mission.
