(f) We should try to induce the United States of
America to announce that any attempt to
change the status quo in the Far East or the Pacific will be treated as a casus belli,
(g) We should press the French to concentrate the remnants of their anti-aircraft and fighter defences in North Africa at Casablanca, so that we can use it as long as possible as a naval base if Gibraltar becomes unusable, (h) We should organise tribal risings in North
Africa.
