The Chiefs of Staff approved the attached Memorandum by the Joint Planning Sub-Committee at their meeting on 24th June subject to the following amendments to paragraph 9.
Line 6 delete "with large amounts of money" Add new sentence after "inter-communication" as
follows:-
"He must also have financial resources to
enable him to pay for French and African forces who might be prepared to fight for us.
