We have two comments to make:-
(a) The figure of 4,800 tons of bombs on any
one day, even on the initial day, is probably an over estimate. (Page 1).
(b) We feel that if the enemy succeeds in
achieving a high degree of air superiority before he launches his sea borne attack, the scale of that attack may considerably exceed that of five Divisions estimated in this paper. (Page 4.).
