FORM FOR PASS TO BE ISSUED TO ENEMY MERCHANT SHIPS ALLOWED TO LEAVE BRITISH PORTS UNDER FAVOUR OF "DAYS OF GRACE." (C.I.D. Paper M-20.)

Issued under Article 8 of the Order of His Majesty in Council, dated with respect to “days of

(a) Here insert the type and name

of the vessel.

(b) Here insert the port of registry and registered tonnage.

(c) Here insert the name of the master.

(d) Here insert the port from which the vessel is allowed to sail.

(e) Here insert the port to which the vessel is allowed to proceed.

(f) Here insert the time at which the "days of grace expire.

(g) The officer issuing the pass should sign here, inserting his rank and post.

During such voyage she will be exempt from capture on the ground that she is an enemy ship, provided that she has on board no cargo of a contraband nature, that she clears from (d)
