THE Colonial Defence Committee's Memorandum, No. 430 M (C.I.D. Paper 65–C), entitled "Canada: Scale of Attack on Pacific Coast," which was considered by the Committee of Imperial Defence at their meeting of the 26th January, 1911, has been amended in accordance with the instructions of the Committee of Imperial Defence, and is now re-submitted for the approval of the Committee under an amended title : “Scale of Attack on Prince Rupert.'
