(a) That the Report of the Industrial Transference Board, together with the various proposals made to the Cabinet, should be considered in the first instance by the Committee which had considered the Govern- ment's Rating Reform Policy, to which should be added the Secretary of State for Dominion Affairs and the Minister of Labour. The compo- sition of the Committee, therefore, would be as follows:-
The Chancellor of the Exchequer
(In the Chair),
The Secretary of State for Dominion
Affairs,
The Secretary of State for War The Secretary of State for Scotland, The Fresident of the Board of Trade, The Minister of Health.
The Minister of Agriculture and
Fisheries,
The President of the Board of
Education,
The Minister of Labour.
(b) That the above Committee should proceed with its enquiries with the least possible delay, with a view to a further discussion by the Cabinet within the next week or two.
(c) That in the meantime the Report of
the Industrial Trans ference Board should not be published.
(d) That the Minister of Labour should be authorised, to reply to the Question put in the Fouse of Cormons as proposed in 0.P.-211 (28).
