The Cabinet agreed
That the Government's policy in regard to Disarmament should be considered either at their next Meeting or at a Meeting in the coming week, and took note
in
(a) That the Prime Minister intended to send the same afternoon a telegram to Sir Austen Chamberlain asking him view of Lord Cushendun's early departure for a Meeting of the Security Committee at Geneva, to return in time for a Special Meeting of the Cabinet to be held not later than Thursday • June 21st, or preferably even on Wednesday, June 20th:

(b) That the Chancellor of the
Duchy of Lancaster would
circulate Papers in regard to the position:
(c) That the Lord Privy Seal, as Chairman of the Cabinet Com- mittee, would probably circu- late a Memorandum:
(d) That the Secretary of State for
War intended to circulate an Appreciation of the effect of recent changes in the French Army.
