NOTE BY THE MINISTER OF FUEL AND POWER

I circulate, for discussion by my colleagues at the meeting arranged for 29th August, a draft brief for the forthcoming Ministerial talks in Washington.

2. This has been prepared, in the absence of the Chancellor of the Exchequer, by a group of officials of the Departments primarily concerned under the general direction of myself and the Economic Secretary.
