* All R.E. (S.M.) officers required at headquarters for the first days of laying-out. Duties of E.L. Directors to be performed at Lyemun by a Volunteer R.E. officer; and at Stonecutters and Belchers by + Including 2 European engine-drivers and 2 Chinese stokers.
When all mines connected with any test-room are laid, the signallers concerned will return to headquarters.

The station torpedo officer would return to the Brennan torpedo installation on the second day of laying-out, but the S.M. officers detailed for Stonecutters and Belchers would remain at headquarters until laying-out was completed.
