These issues will take place on the day following that on which the order to mobolize is received. The pouch ammunition will be issued immediately after the receipt of the order to mobolize if the order is received before 4 P.M., otherwise issue will be made at 6 A.M. on the following day.

(H.)-Action by Army Pay Department.

1. Money would be raised in the same manner as in time of peace; there would be no difficulty in obtaining any amount as trade would be suspended, and the banks. would be glad to get Government bills for dollars.

2. The Officers and Clerks of the Army Pay Department would be available to a great extent for employment on special duties at the discretion of the General in command.
