2. The sectional organization will be adopted both in the precautionary and war stages.
In the precautionary stage certain ostensibly practice exercises, the details of which are given in Chapter III, will be ordered by the General Officer Commanding, the resulting distribution of troops being shown in Table B (i).
The distribution of the garrison and armament at the war stage is shown in Table B (ii).
