You will impress this on all concerned, so that in the event of the Commanding Officer being disabled no attempt will be made by a subordinate to pass the entrance, but the torpedo-boat should proceed to Taitam Bay (Stanley) if necessary.
26. Before sunset each night the torpedo-boat flotilla is to be on its line of patrol.
27. The boats will be assigned to the various beats by the Officer Commanding Flotilla.
28. Two boats to patrol between Taitam Head and Waglan.
29. Two boats between south end of Lantong and Waglan.
30. The fifth boat, if available, to be in reserve in Taitam Bay.
31. The Fo-tau-mun Pass will be blocked with junks laden with stones. Until this is done, this boat is to patrol the eastern end of the pass.
