10. Os.C. detachments in camp or bivouacking are responsible for all sanitary arrangements in their vicinity.

11. The sick belonging to the eastern portion of the section (viz., from Haiwan to Crown Point inclusive) will be treated in the camp of native infantry at Customs Pass; those in the western portion (Eagle's Nest) and R.E. and British infantry will be sent by road to Station Hospital, Kowloon.

12. Orders as to priority of importance of work to be executed during precau- tionary stage will be issued by the Section Commander when troops move out and from time to time.

13. During precautionary stage the Section Commander will be in Kowloon,

(ii.) At the War Stage.

14. Area of Sections and Duties of Troops.-The duties entrusted to the troops allotted to this section are to prevent an enemy effecting a lodgment on the hill dominating Kowloon between point and Wong Uk inclusive, and to guard the cable end of Stonecutters, North Point, and Lyemun, and to assist in protecting the docks at Hung Hom.
