15. Ordnance Equipment.-The entrenching tools, &c., will be taken by each separate detachment, and teuts, if ordered, from those on charge.
16. Supplies. The two days' reserve rations on charge will be taken by each detachment. These are not to be consumed except with permission.
Each Sub-section Commander will submit an indent (A.B. 55) daily to the A.S.C., Sacred Hill, by 10 A.M., for rations for all under his command for the day following.
17. Transport.-On arrival at their several positions, detachments will send back their coolies under escort to a collecting station decided by Section Commanders, who, in turn, will arrange to escort the whole back to Whitfield Barracks.
18. Dressing Station.-Dressing stations will be established at Sacred Hill under the orders of the M.O., Mainland Defence, and near the sea west of Devil's Peak under the Eastern Fire Command; the former will march with the Haiwan double company.
19. Spare Rifles.-No. 1 double company. All spare rifles will be sent to the Quarter Guard, two movable arm racks being supplied by the double company situated nearer the guard.
20. Followers. The under-noted public and private followers will be taken :-

21. Lines and Guards.—The following will be left, as stated :---

22. Lines. All property left behind will be stored by double companies in one barrack room, the key being kept at the Quarter Guard.
23. Hospital Collecting Station. Collecting will be as per Mobilization Orders, No. 7, Mainland Defence, War Stage. Attention of Detachment Commanders is to be
drawn to the last paragraphs of the above order.
24. Telephone Stations.--Telephone stations are as per Mobilization Orders, No. 8, Mainland Defence.
25. Sanitation and Water Supply.—Os.C. double companies are responsible that all ranks are acquainted with Mobilization Orders, Nos. 10 and 11, Mainland Defence, War Stage.
26. Moves.---On orders to move, the No. 2 Infantry Regiment will parade in field service marching order, and attention is also drawn to Mobilization Orders, No. 9, Main- land Defence, War Stage, for troops in camp.
27. Protection.- -All Detachment Commanders are to be acquainted with Mobiliza- tion Orders, No. 16, Mainland Defence, War Stage.
28. Arrival Reports.-Each Detachment Commander will report his arrival at his position to the D.C. Commander either by signalling, semaphore, telephone, or orderly. These reports will be passed on to the Staff Officer, Sacred Hill.
29. General Reserve. The general reserve of British infantry will be in camp near Sacred Hill.
