8. In the event of one or more Sections being reinforced from other Sections, or from the Reserve, to meet a threatened formidable attack, special arrangements will at once be made by the P.M.O. for supplementing the medical and surgical equipment in that Section.

9. The Ordnance equipment of dressing stations, and for details R.A.M.C. detailed for duty at dressing stations, will be drawn from O.C. Sections at the headquarters of Sections.

The equipment for the Military Hospitals, Victoria and Kowloon, will be drawn on the second day of mobilization.

10. The dhoolies and coolie-bearers for dressing stations in Hong Kong will assemble in Wellington Barracks, where they will be taken over by a representative of the Medical Department; those for Kowloon will assemble at the Military Hospital, Kowloon.

They will be used for the transport of medical equipment and baggage to the dressing stations.
