He will arrange for the construction of mat-sheds in lieu of tents throughout the Command. He will command the R.E. reserve and details, and will take charge of unsuspended A.O.D. and B.A.E. services in progress in relief of the Division officers.
(2.)—Action by Loan Officer.
1. At the "Precautionary" Stage. He will ascertain from the C.R.E. which works are to be continued, which handed over to the D.P.W., and which suspended on mobilization, and prepare for action accordingly.
2. He will carry out the arrangements made in "precautionary" stage, and will then be held available to proceed to No. IV Section as sectional R.E. Officer.
