Assistant Censors 66 "A" and "B" on duty as 3rd relief will take the duty of "C"; messages being brought to them for that purpose to the operators' room.
This cable is "non-
n-British "; hence necessity for closer supervision and larger staff.
The Chinese system of tele- graphy is really a code in which a
certain combina- tion of figures represents a "character" or letter. The Interpreter will translate into English, the Censor will judge whether to pass or not. Hours of work to be limited as shown.
