Whitfield Barracks

All offices on the administrative system which are kept open on mobilization are worked by the corps or unit in whose charge they are.

Chinese orderlies to carry messages are provided at the Headquarter and Whitfield Barrack offices by the O.C.A.S.C. At all other offices Section or other Commanding Officers must arrange for orderlies.
