By launch from Blackhead's Pier to Jardine Wharf, thence by route march to Wong- nei-Cheong Gap.
Fort detachments by route march to Black- head and Blake Piers, thence by launch and route march to destination. H.K.S.B., R.A., by launch from Blackhead's Pier to Kowloon City Pier, thence by route march to Section Headquarters north of Kowloon City.
8. Os.C. detachments will report their arrival to the O.C. the Section of Defence, and take his orders as to their disposal.
9. All men on guard who have been detailed to Sections of Defence will be at once relieved by men from the reserve. All men on regimental employ will join their detachments, being relieved by
under arrangements made by the
Divisional Adjutant.
10. All canteens and institutes will be closed.
11. A permanent guard of 2 n.c.os. and 12 men will be detailed from the reserve for protection of barracks and stores left behind.
12. Arrangements will be made by F.C., in conjunction with the several B.Cs. in each R.A. unit, under the guidance of the O.C.R.A. unit, for keeping a look-out at night for the enemy's ships and torpedo-boats, and for rapidly transmitting intelligence as to the same, as directed.
13. As soon as his command is manned, each B.C. will forward a marching-in report for his command to his F.C., who will forward the same (including a return of their Staffs) to the O.C. his Section of the Defence.
14. During the period of mobilization, F.Cs. and B.Cs. will be guided by the instructions laid down in their text books and by the Fort Record Books' information.
(ii.)-Royal Engineers.
1. In accordance with Garrison Order No. of to-day, the Os.C. Cos. will indent at once on the C.O.O. for ball ammunition to complete 50 rounds for each man detailed for duty with sections, and 150 rounds for each man in reserve.
The distribution of companies is given in the annexed mobilization return. 2. The companies will parade as follows:-

Dress: Marching order, khaki, with 50 rounds ball ammunition in pouches, and with water-bottles filled, and one day's cooked rations in haversacks.
Sections 25th Co. will proceed to their section headquarters by launch from Murray Pier (Nos. I, V, and VI Sections), or by route march (Nos. II, III, and IV Sections).
Sections H.K. Co. by launch from S.M. Pier at
Reserve will parade in working dress.

3. The Supernumerary Staff, except those detailed for sections, will report for work as usual.
4. The barracks will remain in charge of the units to which they are at present allotted.
5. The scale for baggage will be 40-lb. per man, 120-lb. per officer. All baggage to be ready in front of Wellington Barracks at
o'clock.
6. Transport will be supplied without requisition by O.C.A.S.C. for-
(a.) Removal of officers' baggage, mess, &c., and equipment on regimental charge from Wellington Barracks.
(b.) Removal of field equipment and ammunition drawn from Ordnance.
7. Officers R.E. will indent for such tools and materials as they find to be neces- sary through the Staff Officer R.E., who will arrange with O.C.A.S.C. for transport.
