1. President Xi Jinping opened the

Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge

in October.

2. The opening ceremony for the Hong Kong Section of the Guangzhou-Shenzhen- Hong Kong Express Rail Link was held in September.

3. The Faster Payment System

was launched in September, allowing users to transfer funds across different banks and stored-

valued facilities round the clock.

4. The Secretary for Justice,

Ms Teresa Cheng, SC, met the Minister of Justice of Japan, Mr Takashi Yamashita, in Tokyo in November.
