Administration Scholarships (Local/Overseas), Hong Kong Scholarships on the Clore Leadership Programme, MOCA Taipei Internships, Mori Art Museum Internship, Sage Gateshead Internships and University of Arts London Scholarships, and co-organised with the WKCD Authority the Overseas Training/Research Programme for Leaders from Local Arts Groups on Future Arts Development in Hong Kong.

Major HKADC arts promotion events in 2014 included the 4th Large-Scale Interactive Media Arts Exhibition, the Hong Kong Arts Development Awards 2013, the 6th Arts Ambassadors-in- School Scheme and Fresh Wave 2014. The HKADC continued to co-present with RTHK Artspiration, a weekly TV series on arts, artists and cultural events in Hong Kong and around the world, and with Cable TV ArTour, a monthly segment for the programme Close to Culture, featuring local young artists.

In 2014, the HKADC participated in the 14th Venice Biennale Architectural Exhibition in collaboration with the Hong Kong Institute of Architects and presented an exhibition in Hong Kong inspired by the 55th Venice Biennale International Art Exhibition. The HKADC also collaborated with the Culture, Sports and Tourism Administration of Shenzhen Municipality and the Shenzhen 'City of Design' Promotion Office to organise the Hong Kong Shenzhen Creative Arts Festival 2014.

The HKADC's main tasks include arts research and policy advocacy. In 2014, its Annual Arts. Survey collected data on visual arts exhibitions, arts performances and film screenings. It also collected and provided Hong Kong's cultural data for the World Cities Culture Report 2013 and published a series of yearbooks on the arts in collaboration with various professional and academic groups.

Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts

The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts offers professional education, training and research facilities in the performing arts: music, dance, drama, theatre and entertainment arts, film and television, and Chinese opera. Its education philosophy reflects Hong Kong's cultural diversity underscored by Chinese and Western traditions, and an emphasis on interdisciplinary learning.

In 2014, the academy enrolled 792 students for undergraduate and post-secondary programmes in its six arts disciplines, and attracted 137 students to pursue their Master's degree programmes in dance, music, drama, film and television, and theatre and entertainment arts. In addition, it admitted over 780 students to its junior programmes and over 4,500 students enrolled in its Extension and Continuing Education for Life (EXCEL) programme.

Hong Kong Arts Centre

The Hong Kong Arts Centre is a self-financing organisation which promotes contemporary arts and culture in Hong Kong and beyond. The centre in Wan Chai provides a wide range of programmes featuring works of local and overseas artists, and facilities for performances, films and exhibitions.
