The Hong Kong Tourism Board designated 2006 'Discover Hong Kong Year', and a record 25 million-plus tourists did just that. New attractions such as the rooftop viewing terrace of Peak Tower were unveiled, while Hong Kong's traditional hot spots remained popular.
