Notes: (1) Annual renewal of practising certificate is required only for doctors, dentists, pharmacists, medical laboratory technologists,

occupational therapists, radiographers and optometrists.

(2) Refer to medical technologists and medical laboratory technicians.

(3) It has become a mandatory requirement for registered medical laboratory technologists and registered occupational therapists to

practise only with valid practising certificates since August 1991.
