A Wealth of Youth
One of Hong Kong's most striking features is its vitality. Much of this comes from its youth, which is only natural, for something more than half the population is under the age of 21. The wealth of young people inevitably brings its problems. But the government and welfare agencies are making great efforts to cater for this sector of the com-
munity. There are plans for expansion of schooling, for health impro-
vement and for general welfare and more facilities are being provided each year to enable youngsters to get their share of fun in life.
