A controlled trial conducted jointly by the Hong Kong Tuberculosis Services and the Medical Research Council, to assess the efficacy of Thiacetazone in the treatment of tuberculosis in Hong Kong, is continuing. In histopathology, histological typing of salivary gland tumours is still under investigation. Morphological study of the pancreatic duct in pancreatic clonorchiasis has been completed.
