Also under the Expanded Programme, the I.L.O. continued to provide the services of an expert in Production Engineering, who completed his year's mission in November. Frequent visits were paid during the year by officials of the various United Nations organizations to discuss training needs, etc., and to observe the Colony's social and economic development.
