Mr. Ho Hau Chong, Norman

Mr. Leung Hay Man

Mr. Ho Hau Chong, Norman, BA, ACA, FCPA, aged 58, was appointed on 28 March

1995, is an Independent Non-executive Director of the Company. Mr. Ho is a member

of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a Fellow of the

Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Ho is an Executive Director of

Honorway Investments Limited and Tak Hung (Holding) Company, Limited and has over

22 years of experience in management and property development. He is also a Director

of Lee Hing Development Limited, Miramar Hotel and Investment Company, Limited,

Vision Values Holdings Limited and Shun Tak Holdings Limited, all of which are listed

public companies. He was previously a director of Taifook Securities Group Limited. Mr.

Ho previously served as a director of CITIC Pacific Limited, until 12 May 2011 and an

independent non-executive director of Starlight International Holdings Limited, until his

retirement on 26 August 2013, both of which are listed public companies.

Mr. Leung Hay Man, FRICS, FCIArb, FHKIS, aged 79, was appointed on 15 December 1981, and was re-designated as an Independent Non-executive Director of the Company on 15 October 2012. He is a Chartered Surveyor. Mr. Leung was also re-designated as an Independent Non-executive Director of Henderson Land Development Company Limited ("Henderson Land") and Henderson Investment Limited on 22 August 2012 and is an Independent Non-executive Director of The Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited, all of which are listed public companies. Henderson Land has discloseable interests in the Company under the provisions of Part XV of the Securities and Futures Ordinance.
